In Celebration of Palm Sunday, St Oswald’s Choir , Readers and the Rev Roger Clarke led the worship of ‘Stations of the Cross’.  The Choir processed to both sides of the nave to sing Psalm 23 .  The procession then moved to the High Altar to sing an arrangement by Stewart Smith of the Spiritual ‘Were you there when they Crucified my Lord’ .  The procession then moved to the Choir stalls for more anthems including Agnus Dei by Howard Goodall with soloist Oliver Smith.  Following the setting of Ave Verum Corpus by William Byrd the service ended with the rousing hymn ‘Christ Triumphant’.  The service was linked by readings and a commentary led by Nick Toosey and Richard Hoffman.
